DR. FRANK LEE

Therapeutic Optometrist

Dr. Frank F. Lee is an honors graduate of Florida's Nova Southeastern University College of Optometry in 1999. He had received his bachelor's degree in biology, with a minor in chemistry, at California State University, Sacramento.

Dr. Lee is one of a few optometrists in Houston that is certified to fit the Paragon CRT lenses (www.paragoncrt.com). These specialty contact lenses are able to correct distance vision for most near sighted patients without the need for glasses or contacts during the day. 

Dr. Lee also specializes in the co-management of myopia, hyperopia, and astigmatism using the excimer laser (LASIK). Dr. Lee works closely with Dr. Wade of the Eye Center of Texas to provide the most up to date type of laser treatment called Custom Lasik.

DR. MINH DONG

Therapeutic Optometrist

Dr. Minh S. Dong received her Doctor of Optometry degree at Nova Southeastern University College Optometry in 1999. She completed her undergraduate studies in 1995 at the University of Houston, majoring in Psychology with a minor in Biology.

Dr. Dong did her externship at Aker Kasten Eye Center with Drs. Vito Gaurio and Pamela Ebmeier and the Eye Center of South Florida with Drs. Joseph Hoffman and Lewis Dan, specializing in primary optometric care and management of ocular pathology. Dr. Dong also completed an externship in low vision rehabilitation at the Visual Health and Surgical Center of West Palm Beach, Florida.

Dr. Dong practices full scope optometric care and is comfortable working with both children and elderly. Her years of experience, allows her to educate and give her patients the best eye care to meet their needs.

DR. MARY GHOUBRIAL

Therapeutic Optometrist

After beginning her undergraduate education at Baylor University in Waco, TX., Dr. Ghoubrial earned her Bachelor of Science Degree from Houston Baptist University in Houston with a major in Biology and minor in Psychology. Thereafter, she received her Doctor of Optometry Degree from the University of Houston College of Optometry.

Dr. Ghoubrial received clinical training at the VA Hospital in Palo Alto, California, where she also trained at its blind center. She underwent additional training at the Marine Corps in Quantico, Virginia where she specialized in general optometry.

Dr. Ghoubrial is an active member of her church in Bellaire, TX. She is happily married and has one daughter.

She strives to provide the best eye care for her patients. Her goal is to make sure her patients are provided with the most professional and proper vision care to meet their needs.
